This page explains how users of the Inframandi app (com.inframandi.main on Google Play), operated by Inframandi Technologies Private Limited, can request deletion of their account and personal data.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

1. Email info@inframandi.com or call 9903353555.
2. Use the subject "Delete my account" and mention your registered mobile number and shop or business name.
3. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, usually by calling or messaging your registered mobile number.
4. Your account will be deleted within 30 days of verification, and we will confirm by message once it is done.

WHAT WE DELETE

• Your account and login (registered mobile number)
• Owner name, shop or business name and saved addresses
• Shop location, if you shared it
• Product category preferences and app usage data

WHAT WE KEEP, AND FOR HOW LONG

Some records must be kept by law even after your account is deleted:

• Tax invoices, GST details (GSTIN), credit notes and payment records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and GST law (currently around 8 years).
 

These records are used only to meet our legal obligations and for no other purpose. They are deleted once the legal retention period ends.

Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to see your order history or use any unused credit notes, so please use any credit balance before requesting deletion.
